Wood Floor With Furniture

The furniture is put back in and voila

floor is done and it looks beautiful.

So bright and sunny.

We just love the new look. New light colored

bedding from PB. What a transformation.

Perfect job done by my amazing husband.

This is the insert where the stone or rock will
be installed for the Quadrafire Stove
to sit on .

So here is what we did over the Forth of July weekend.

MASTER BEDROOM WOOD FLOOR

Here the floor is cleared of all carpet, padding, staples

and the baseboards have been undercut for the wood to go

under them for a nice clean finish.

The Quadrafire Stove has been removed from the

corner to allow a new base of wood and rock to be

installed under it after the floor is done.

And her we go, the wood has begun to go down.

Here is John, the master of wood floors.

The floor is really progressing and looking very nice.

DECK FLOWERS

A few weeks ago I got real motivated

and planted the pots on the deck. I had planted

a bunch of spring pansies in them and just

added some summer flowers like petunias

and geraniums. They turned out really pretty

and now they have grown alot.

These were a new addition this year. They

look pretty cute as you drive down the

driveway.

Aunt Wanda Visits the Mountains

My most favorite Aunt came to visit this past week.

We had a wonderful time visiting. We had a BBQ and

I think she really enjoyed coming to the

mountains. We were so glad you could

finally come to our house to visit and

hope you will come back soon.

My Mom and Dad took me to the mountains to have a BBQ

at my Grandma and Grandpa's house this weekend

and this is how I spent part of my day.

This altitude makes me really tired!!
